Whether you’re seeking personal growth, healing from past experiences, or a deeper understanding of yourself, Shae is here to walk alongside you with compassion, care, and intention. She recognizes that therapy is a deeply personal journey, and she’s committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and navigate life’s challenges at your own pace.

Shae specializes in working with children, youth, teens, and young adults, offering tailored support to each individual’s unique needs. Her approach is holistic, integrating the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of your well-being to foster balance and growth. She believes in addressing the whole person, ensuring that all parts of you—your mind, body, and heart—are nurtured throughout the therapeutic process.

Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, Shae’s practice combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and somatic and mindfulness-based practices. This eclectic blend allows her to adapt her approach to best support you, whether you’re working through specific mental health concerns, seeking emotional resilience, or striving to create a more fulfilling life.

Shae’s therapeutic style is collaborative and client-centered, empowering you to take an active role in your healing journey. Above all, she believes therapy should feel affirming, laid-back, and inclusive, creating an environment where you can be fully yourself—free to express and explore all aspects of your identity. She’s here to support you, every step of the way, in creating a life that feels aligned with your true self.
